Democracy Rising: Some Lecture Titles & Some Details

The Global Center for Advanced Studies (GCAS) and The University of Athens (School of Economic and Political Science) are proud to be organizing the conference, “Democracy Rising” (July 16-19).  So many folks have registered that we are having to organize a media plan.  It is truly exciting to see academics, union workers, left-wing politicians, artists, activists, filmmakers all converge in this historic city in this historic time to organize.  This is going to be an event!

We are busy finishing up our conference catalogue (which is now more the size of a book) that we will publish shortly.

Simultaneous Translation
